Charley Miles

Charley Miles’s acclaimed debut play BLACKTHORN was a finalist for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize. Further celebrated plays include DAUGHTERHOOD and THERE ARE NO BEGINNINGS, the latter of which was an Observer Top Ten for 2019.

Miles sold her first series IN MEMORIAM to HBO Max, with Buccaneer and Participant producing. She is currently in production on limited series THE DOLL FACTORY for Paramount+, adapted from the bestselling debut novel by Elizabeth McNeill, which Buccaneer are producing. Charley wrote all 6 episodes of this thrilling, sexy period horror which will tx in 2023.

She has just signed on to adapt Pat Mills’s classic graphic novel FLESH as a series for Rebellion and David Yates’s Wychwood Pictures.
